   對柔性材料，一般是柔性防水卷材用的比較多會要求對材料的耐低溫性能有較高的要求一般的材料在低溫情況下會收縮和變催低溫柔度是一個很好的反映材料耐寒性能的指標，所以我廠根據這一要求研發生產了全自動低溫柔性試驗儀，DR-5型全自動低溫柔性試驗儀是DR-3型電動數顯的改款升級版，儀器采用不銹鋼制作，*的工藝保證了溫度控制精度在 ±1℃，降溫速度是普通冰柜的幾倍，zui低溫度可達-40℃。測試儀也是采用不銹鋼制作，特點：操作簡單，工作效率高。儀器主機全部采用304材質不銹鋼制作，動力源采用永磁低速電機驅動，雙動8平行排列，可同時作正、反面各五個試樣。控制器采用智能溫度控制儀、數顯時間繼電器及相關元器件?？刂破骱椭鳈C相連接部分全部采用航空插頭方式連接，該連接方式簡單、方便、安全，并且有效的節省了儀器的使用空間。

儀器技術指標：

1.功率：1000 ( w) 220 (v)  AC

2.試驗溫度：-30℃/-40℃（客戶選購）。分辨率0．1℃，精度0．2％。

3.試驗樣品：厚度3；4；5mm;數量10個（150×25mm）

4.試驗速率：360±＜40mm/分鐘

5.時間設定：60分鐘（1分—99小時可調）

試驗步驟：Test steps

  試驗的矩形試件尺寸（150±1）mm×（25±1）mm,試件從試樣寬度方向上均勻的裁取,長邊在卷材的縱向，試件裁取時應距邊緣不少于150mm,試件應從卷材的一邊開始做連續的記號，同時標記卷材的上表面和下表面。

　去除表面的任何保護膜，適宜的方法是常溫下用膠帶粘在上面，冷卻到接近假設的冷彎溫度，然后從試件上撕去膠帶，另一方法是用壓縮空氣吹[壓力約0。5Mpa(5bar),噴嘴直徑約0。5mm]，假若上面的方法不能除去保護膜，用火焰烤，用zui少的時間破壞膜而不損傷試件。

　試件試驗前應在（23±2）℃平板上放置至少4h,并且相互之間不能接觸，也不能粘在板上?？梢杂霉杓垑|，表面的松散顆粒用手輕輕敲打除去。
