二、Instrument function：

三、溫度控制儀的設定：Temperature control instrument set

四、試驗步驟：Test steps
- 試驗的矩形試件尺寸（150±1）mm×（25
±1）mm,試件從試樣寬度方向上均勻的裁取,長
邊在卷材的縱向，試件裁取時應距邊緣不少于
150mm,試件應從卷材的一邊開始做連續的記號，
同時標記卷材的上表面和下表面。

去除表面的任何保護膜，適宜的方法是常溫下
用膠帶粘在上面，冷卻到接近假設的冷彎溫度，然

2． 在開始試驗前，兩圓筒和彎曲軸之間的距離

4. 控制器溫控儀的溫度根據試驗要求可設定在

制冷指示燈亮。當儀表溫度到達設定的溫度時，恒

試件向上移動，試件同時繞軸彎曲180度，這時實
驗已經做完。如在作實驗時，把面板上控制電機開
關的“下降”降到zui低，放上試件后按一下“復位”
開關，這時機器又開始重新實驗了，待實驗結束后
方可關閉電源開關。
